Case Support Analyst
CACI International Inc
• Serve as subject matter expert by demonstrating a high level of knowledge of customer policies and procedures to include case coverage for all case types, issue resolution, reporting requirements, and working knowledge of FWS • Answer field investigator, reviewer, and section lead case related questions and concerns via telephone and email • Understand the essential functions of field and review department positions • Reviews the front end of field investigations for compliance with national standards and customer requirements • Provides guidance to CACI field staff regarding responsibilities to the investigation along with issues raised during the conduct of an investigation • Assesses designated case types to communicate important case information to the field while cancelling unwarranted items and ensuring all necessary field work is scheduled or extended • Manage daily workload and task list, prioritizing based on customer, business needs, and team needs; participate in all mandatory meetings
Job Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship (a requirement for obtaining a Federal security clearance)
- Must possess and maintain a current favorably adjudicated T5 or T5R background investigation at all times
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience in conducting Federal background investigations and/or reviewing Federal background investigation reports of investigation
- Candidates must have at least 12 months’ experience conducting/processing background investigations
- Must be able to multitask and be comfortable with fast paced environment handling both e-mail and telephone inquiries
- Must be flexible with schedule availability. Schedule consists of morning and afternoon shifts. Position requires approximately two late afternoon shifts per month
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly detail-oriented, excellent time management, organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and/or reprioritize daily tasks based on the needs of the customer, business, and/or your team; and remain flexible and receptive to changes resulting from customer or business needs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize patterns, trends and/or issues, identify key findings, determine conclusions, and communicate all relevant information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face; ability to establish and promote a team-oriented work environment; and maintain an energetic positive-mind with the ability to foster relationships with and amongst your team and colleagues
- Impeccable work ethic, integrity, and “can-do” attitude with a sense of mission in support of national security
- Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable U.S. Government security clearance

Position Overview The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) at Litera plays a critical role in delivering responsive, high-quality support to customers across our software portfolio. As a front-line engineer, you will resolve technical challenges, drive issue reproduction and documentation, and contribute to the support knowledge base. You’ll gain deep product expertise, proactively engage with global customers, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive resolution and improve the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Case Management - Deliver end-to-end case management: intake, troubleshooting, resolution, and closure with proactive updates and SLA adherence. - Develop and document clear technical action plans (3Ws: Who, What, When) for complex customer issues. - Troubleshoot product installation, performance, configuration, and integration issues. - Reproduce customer-reported issues using lab environments to isolate root cause and validate fixes. - Perform real-time support sessions via phone, screen share, or chat to analyze and remediate customer systems. - Collect logs and technical diagnostics; analyze and summarize key findings. - Escalate product issues, defects, or platform risks to Technical Services, Engineering, or Account Teams as appropriate. - Manage and maintain personal case queues, including ticket hygiene and suspended queue cases. Knowledge & Documentation - Search and apply knowledge content to every case; flag gaps in documentation. - Begin contributing to Litera’s Knowledge Base (KB/FAQ) through concise article creation or suggested updates. - Link cases to existing bugs or enhancement requests, and file new ones with complete context. - Review test areas in new releases and provide feedback (not QA). - Engage with internal Slack/Teams channels to stay aligned with product changes, customer impact, and known issues. Community & Collaboration - Answer unresolved community thread questions and moderate forums (optional, growth area). - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure shared context and coordinated resolution. - Provide occasional onboarding or process training to new hires (optional, growth area). Operational Excellence - Participate in support operations, including: - Responding to inbound support calls (for Diamond Customers) if applicable [for Internal JD only] - Handling regional case queues and shift-based responsibilities - Documenting case history and technical notes in ServiceCloud - Stay current with product updates and participate in release testing, where appropriate. Technical Support Engineer – Openstack, Kubernetes

• Proactively/Reactively troubleshoot customer environments based on Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, networking and other cloud technologies, detect, report and resolve issues. • Alert Management. • Learn and troubleshoot MOSK (Mirantis Openstack on Kubernetes) • Resolve and Handle/Triage IaaS related needs in customer datacenters. • Reproduce customer issues in labs where needed, confirm bug reports, provide detailed information to the development team. • Work closely with the development team: discuss customer issues, suggest improvements, fix product bugs, etc. • Own escalations end-to-end by routing issues to the appropriate teams, including OpenStack/ceph storage, networking, hardware, and infrastructure, and product engineering while maintaining accountability and follow-through. • Participate in weekend on call rotation and holiday coverage • Communicate urgently, clearly, and in detail with customers during incidents via email and remote session, providing accurate status updates and guiding them through troubleshooting and resolution • Work with AI tools to increase efficiency and problem solving tasks for customers. • Troubleshooting server issues- DCOPs issues, Firmware upgrading, Iso, OS, Dell, Lenovo, ST Micro • Work to troubleshoot any DC networking asks/upgrades, triaging where applicable
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for telecom and networking solutions. • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across multiple technologies and platforms. • Review, validate, and implement detailed technical designs and solutions. • Lead technical assessments, solution delivery, and customer engagements. • Coordinate installations, upgrades, migrations, and deployments of enterprise technology solutions. • Investigate network performance issues using packet analysis tools such as Wireshark and PCAP traces. • Collaborate with customers, project teams, and engineering groups to identify requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and best practices. • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. • Support customer escalations and participate in on-call rotations as needed. • Assist with pre-sales activities, technical proposals, and solution recommendations. • Stay current with emerging technologies, telecom standards, and industry trends.
