POSITION OVERVIEW: The Assistant Manager Brand Communications plays a key role in bringing the Nuun Hydration brand to life—driving the development and execution of dynamic, integrated marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role leads day-to-day brand communications, orchestrates compelling content and campaign execution, and collaborates cross-functionally to elevate consumer engagement, boost brand visibility, and strengthen retail presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage day-to-day execution of omni-channel marketing programs across paid, owned, and earned media. - Coordinate media trafficking and ensure assets are delivered accurately and on time. - Route marketing materials through internal review and approval processes and track revisions through launch. - Support content planning and calendar management aligned to campaign priorities and seasonal business needs. - Update web, CRM, and digital shelf content to improve consumer engagement and retailer presence. - Oversee organic social publishing and support ambassador and community-based programs. - Apply SEO best practices to improve discoverability and content performance. - Track campaign execution details, monitor asset needs, and help optimize content based on performance feedback. - Partner with creative, digital, eCommerce, CRM, PR, social, and sales teams to bring campaigns to market. - Coordinate with internal and external partners to support experiential activations, sampling efforts, partnerships, and community initiatives. - Work closely with legal, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely, and effective campaign execution. - Contribute to cross-functional planning meetings, status updates, and performance reviews to keep initiatives on track. - Help align brand messaging and assets across channels so the consumer experience is cohesive and consistent. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG, health and wellness, or a related consumer brand environment. - Experiential/Event management and partnership experience highly preferred. - Experience supporting integrated marketing programs across multiple channels, including digital, social, CRM, and retail or eCommerce environments. - Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Familiarity with content workflows, campaign execution, and performance-driven optimization. - Background or strong interest in running, outdoor sports, endurance, fitness, or similar active lifestyle categories preferred. The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Role Description The Corporate Communications team is looking for a Communications Manager, APAC, to localize GitHub news and drive impactful media coverage across the APAC region. Role Description This position is for WPS active Unit A staff only. Stipend position: $14,800/year for the 2026-2027 school year, and occasional Summer activity. Site Coordinator Responsibilities include: - Work with the local school administration to recruit eligible students, coordinate and implement local grading and registration policies, and monitor student progress. - Maintain contact with students, VHS staff, VHS teachers, the WHS administration, and parents. - Ensure VHS students have access to the necessary technical resources. Qualifications - The site coordinator can be a teacher, a guidance counselor, an administrative staff member, library aide, computer aide, or any other staff member with authority to access student records and grades. - The site coordinator will go through the training course through VHS. - A successful site coordinator will typically possess the following characteristics: - A student advocate. - Strong presentation and communication skills to educate the school's guidance department and community about the VHS program. - Effective and timely communication with WHS students, appropriate staff, VHS personnel, and families as needed and in a proactive manner as well as in problem-solving situations. - Excellent planning, organizational, and responsive communication/problem-solving skills.
