Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary intermediary between the Supervising Court Program Analyst and CPC Specialists. - Lead special projects across all areas of the CPC (Statewide reconciliation, payment processing, collections, balancing, training, customer service, and process improvement). - Develop policies, procedures, training materials, and operational enhancements. - Provide expert guidance on financial processes, compliance, and best practices to district courts and CPC staff. - Support fiscal accountability and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Kansas Judicial Branch Strategic Plan.
