• Design end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business needs and corporate architecture; • Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions; • Act as a link between stakeholders, business areas and technical teams; • Create technical and architectural designs and solution blueprints; • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance standards and architecture; • Define and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external corporate systems; • Provide technical guidance to developers and implementation teams; • Support architectural decisions and technical reviews of solutions; • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of business processes; • Ensure the quality, performance, security and scalability of implemented solutions; • Participate in meetings with international stakeholders, leading presentations and technical discussions in English; • Produce and maintain functional, technical and architectural documentation for solutions; • Create architecture diagrams, process flows and design artifacts; • Monitor new features and releases of the ServiceNow platform; • Propose continuous improvements and innovation initiatives leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Solution Design, Solution Architecture or related technical roles;
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules, including ITSM, ITOM and CMDB;
- Experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions using the ServiceNow platform;
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices;
- Experience in agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments;
- Organized, detail-oriented profile with a strong focus on delivery quality;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to collaborate across technical teams and business areas;
- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields;
- Preferred: Hands-on experience configuring the ServiceNow platform;
- Experience with customizations and development on the ServiceNow platform;
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations in ServiceNow;
- Knowledge of integrations with Azure and AWS cloud platforms;
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting;
- Experience in the Utilities or Energy sector;
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA);
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD);
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS);
- ServiceNow architecture certifications;
- Experience in technical leadership and team mentoring.
