As a Logistics Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting Augury’s growth by ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient deployment of our proprietary IoT technology. A Day in the Life Own coordination and communication related to inbound and outbound shipments across Field, Customer Success, and Support teams. Manage relationships with logistics partners and carriers, following up to ensure on-time and accurate delivery to final destinations. Track and manage logistics transactions within the ERP system (NetSuite preferred). Manage and maintain 3PL partners and inventory levels, investigating discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution. Proactively identify and resolve gaps in materials lists to support customer deployments. Create, review, and confirm all aspects of Sales Orders. Analyze the sales pipeline and upcoming deals to ensure short time-to-value and readiness for deployment. Develop, improve, and maintain tools and processes to scale logistics operations.
