Role Description This internship is designed as a learning-focused, project-based experience for undergraduate students. The QA Automation Intern will work on a defined project centered on automated testing of the Nucleus Security Application. Under close supervision and mentorship, the intern will learn foundational software testing concepts while contributing to a real-world application used by enterprise customers. Throughout the internship, you will: - Work on one or more well-scoped QA automation initiatives under the guidance of a mentor. - Contribute to the automated test suite, improve test reliability and coverage, and gain hands-on experience. - Present to the engineering team what you automated, the challenges you addressed, the improvements made to the test suite, and what you learned about quality assurance and automation in a SaaS environment. - Receive regular mentorship, structured guidance, and feedback throughout the internship to support learning and skill development. You will be responsible for providing enterprise grade technical solutions to our quality engineering team as well as working with individual project teams to help implement, maintain and innovate our technical testing strategies.
