Role Description We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher who will work directly with customers to help them design and execute qualitative – unmoderated and moderated – research, such as diary studies, focus groups, IDIs, longitudinal panel studies. You will be a strong, effective leader and team-player who is an integral member of a talented and dedicated group of fellow researchers and analysts working in a fast-paced, rapid-response environment where rigor and quality are paramount. You’ll dive deep into rich video and survey data to analyze, interpret, and report users’ interactions with and perceptions about next-gen products. This is a 100% full-time remote US-based position, requiring mostly US working hours. At times, you will be required to work before and after standard work hours, including weekends, to ensure quality and on-time client delivery.
