Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Proven experience with process mining tools (Celonis experience is highly valued)
- Strong understanding of business processes and process optimization methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; experience with Python or R is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
