Sales Executive
Social Influence
• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout targeted markets • Build and maintain relationships with brand owners, packaging buyers, and commercial print customers • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account growth • Work closely with estimating, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales goals
Job Requirements
- Previous sales experience within folding cartons, packaging, offset printing, or commercial print
- Demonstrated success selling cartons, POP displays, packaging, or related printed products
- Existing book of business and customer relationships
- Proven ability to generate and manage $1M+ in annual sales revenue
- Strong understanding of offset printing and packaging manufacturing processes
- Experience selling into consumer products, retail packaging, or commercial print markets is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business
