Operations Project Manager

Semiconductor Insight

• Support initiatives related to footprint optimization and acquisition integration • Analyze operational data and coordinate project activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and help align project activities • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and contingency plans • Monitor progress and escalate risks or delays to management team • Create communication plans and training materials for new processes • Identify potential issues or risks and communicate them to senior team members

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, supply chain, or a related business role
  • Exposure to project management concepts or tools (formal certification not required)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common project tracking tools
