Role Description We don't just need a Senior Product Manager. We need a builder. We're looking for someone who gets their energy from solving hard product problems end to end, while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how their work delivers real business impact. This isn't a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You'll be at the center of it all, shaping strategy, driving execution, and influencing outcomes across your area. You'll make sure everything you touch is high-quality, customer-centric, and scalable, and aligned with our wider goals. You won't be a solo operator. You'll work with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams, plus the operations and compliance experts who keep us compliant across every country we operate in. You'll bring it together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board. - Own the roadmap for your product area. Define the vision, set priorities, and ship measurable outcomes. - Run discovery directly with customers and internal teams to validate real pain before committing engineering time. - Use data to frame problems, size opportunities, and judge whether what you shipped actually worked. - Partner with engineering and design from problem definition through launch and iteration. - Translate strategy into clear, sequenced delivery, and keep stakeholders aligned on what's coming and why. - Balance speed and trust. Ship fast where you can, but hold the line on quality, privacy, and compliance. Qualifications - 5+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping products that moved a clear business metric. - Strong data skills: defining metrics, working with data, and reasoning about data quality to drive decisions. - Working knowledge of AI and ML: what it can do, where it breaks, and how to scope it into a product realistically. - Solid product craft: discovery, prioritization, writing clear specs, and running a tight delivery process. - Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment. You navigate people and situations with ease and align engineering, design, and commercial teams without formal authority. - Fluent professional English, written and spoken. Requirements - Experience in HR tech, payroll, fintech, or another compliance-heavy domain. - You've shipped AI or LLM-powered features in production. - Familiarity with EOR or global employment. - You've worked in a fully remote, distributed team before. Benefits - Global, remote, and thriving: We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries. Our WorkFlex program lets you work from anywhere, anytime. - Your well-being is our priority: We offer a dedicated Well-Being Day—a full day off just to recharge and relax. - Get fit and stay active: Work out on your terms, at a discount with our subsidised gym memberships. - Learn, grow, and develop: With our Training & Development Allowance, you’ll have all the opportunities you need to keep expanding your skills and knowledge. - Stay connected: Take part in exciting annual team meetups! - Diversity is our superpower: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
