• Submitting medical claims to the proper clearinghouse for the insurance payers to review and make the proper decision and payments • Processing & monitoring of all claim reports & electronic documents. (Electronic and Paper Claim Transactions) • Logging in and tracking all submission and rejection information • Responsible for obtaining edit reports and repair claims for re submission, test, and ensure repairs are made in a timely manner • Make sure that the claim was sent to the proper clearinghouse • Backup the EDI claim submission and logging of information • Keeps an update of Policy, Regulations and Payer/Clearinghouse changes • Coordinating & testing all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementations with new EDI partners & current clearinghouse • Coordinate and work with clearing houses or trading partners to resolve EDI issues such as rejection and submission errors • Collaborate with payers, clearinghouses and/or trading partners to successfully maintain the EDI processes • Test, implement and document all processes required by the new accounts or new billing software • Reviews, analyzes and coordinates implementation for service modifications by EDI ( new payer ID, claim edits) • Monitors daily EDI performance, analyzes complex datasets, and troubleshoots issues and resolve them in a timely manner • Facilitates the successful on-boarding of new Clients EDI accounts • Assure interfaces (ECPP, QRSP, and HPNA) are performing as designed • Assure data integrity (correct files/batches are uploaded) • Manage the resolution process as needed (Coordination with Team, Leaders, account Manager) • Escalate EDI issues to Manager/ Credentialing if unable to resolve in a timely manner • Manage Send/Receive Files, Work Rejected claim (daily) • Random Claim Status inquiry • Claim File Reconciliation (batch received by charges and batch submitted by EDI) • Analyze Rejection and detection of error patterns that need correction on the billing end

• Responsible for ensuring revenue goal achievement through developing/stewarding donor/prospective donor relationships as well as corporate partnerships, fundraising campaigns, and donor engagement strategies • Collaborates with market leadership to execute fundraising and engagement strategies, including signature events, corporate partnerships, and volunteer-led campaigns • Maintains a donor portfolio and contributes to overall market success, maintains data integrity, influences established donor retention rates, and ensures best-in-class fundraising events that drive impact and increase revenue

• Review AI-generated submission analyses, pricing outputs, and exposure summaries—treating every output as a first draft and identifying what the model missed before making a decision. • Make fast, precise underwriting decisions on commercial trucking accounts, knowing when to approve, modify, decline, or escalate. • Catch inconsistencies in submission data that AI may miss: contradictions across operation class, mileage, commodity, FMCSA safety scores, DOT history, and loss run patterns. • Read and explain all pricing components—tier, experience mod, territory factor, schedule mod—and build a rate rationale you can walk a broker through without reconstructing the math. • Track carrier appetite, competitive positioning, and where Nirvana wins and where it doesn’t; when a broker asks “where does this land?” you answer from experience, not a guess. • Build and deepen broker relationships proactively. Be the underwriter brokers call with their best accounts because they trust you to respond quickly, price fairly, and not waste their time. • Lead deal negotiations with a clear floor, a story, and a position. Understand the broker’s situation and competitive set—know when to move and when to hold. • Present coverage, pricing, and Nirvana’s value proposition to insured leadership teams—including CFOs and fleet managers—with confidence and clarity on large accounts. • Document model blind spots with specific account-tied context and share structured feedback with Product to improve AI accuracy over time. This is part of the job, not optional. • Mentor junior underwriters on risk identification, pricing fluency, broker engagement, and how to work effectively alongside AI tools.
