Role Description The Publix Fundraising Support Temp plays a key role in supporting the March of Dimes campaign in partnership with Publix Super Markets, Inc. This position serves as a liaison between March of Dimes and Publix associates, conducting store visits throughout the 8-day point-of-sale campaign. These visits are designed to strengthen fundraising efforts by engaging associates, expressing gratitude, and ensuring successful in-store execution. Responsibilities - Create and execute an efficient daily driving plan to maximize customer service for all stores assigned. - Must be professional, energetic, positive, and able to provide excellent customer service to all stores assigned. - Eloquently present March of Dimes information (campaign, mission, etc.) to store coordinators and associates. - Manage, maintain, and organize the delivery of marketing materials requested by stores assigned. - Make calls to store coordinators as assigned. - Provide weekly documentation of store visits and communication. - Meet with March of Dimes contact on an as-needed basis. Qualifications - Must have HS Diploma or GED. Requirements - Have reliable cell phone to make calls and/or computer to watch online training videos. - Have reliable transportation. - Involves lifting and carrying boxes. Details - Commitment is from 8/10/26 through 8/21/26. - Approximately 25 hours per week. - Flexible core business hours; available 7am-3pm. • The Donor Development Manager supports the Senior Director of Donor Development • Responsible for cultivating, growing and managing a portfolio of donors • This position will utilize constituent relationship management systems • Collaborates to execute event core tactics through leadership, engagement, empowerment • Accountable for ensuring revenue goal achievement through developing relationships • Responsible for developing/stewarding donor relationships and mobilizing supporters

He/She is responsible for ensuring revenue goal achievement through developing/stewarding donor/prospective donor relationships and DIY events. He/She collaborates with market leadership to execute event core tactics through effective leadership, engagement, empowerment, and mobilization of volunteers. The Donor Development Specialist will maintain a donor portfolio and will contribute to overall market success, maintain data integrity, influence established donor retention rates, and ensure best-in-class fundraising events that drive impact and increase revenue. Role Description This position will ensure smooth department operations by supporting the coordination of events and contract deliverables for national service partners with the volunteer department. This is a part-time temporary position (20 hours/week) and is anticipated to run from June 1 through October 31, 2026. Must be available for on-site event support in Nashville, TN from July 6-11. Responsibilities - Support with ensuring national service partner events have the appropriate resources and staff, along with other activities as needed. - Work in collaboration with other team members and activities as needed. - Attend appropriate March of Dimes meetings.
