Salesforce Data Engineer

GFT Technologies

• Design migration pipelines using Azure Data Factory; • Support mapping and transformation of data between ServiceNow and Salesforce; • Define Salesforce architecture for solutions such as Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Digital Engagement, and Experience Cloud; • Support architectural decisions involving single org strategy, security, permissioning, and logical segregation; • Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems (Talkdesk, AWS, Helix, Jira, SAP, RPA, IAM); • Provide guidance on data models, taxonomy, case management, automations, and SLAs; • Act as a technical reference for development and consulting teams;

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an architect or engineer on large-scale Salesforce projects;
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Digital Engagement;
  • Experience with systems integration and API- and event-driven architectures;
  • Knowledge of governance, security, and permissioning in Salesforce;
  • Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Big Data services, and databases);
  • Experience with data integration and migration between systems (e.g., ServiceNow);
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions;
