Role Description The Revenue Operations team at Panorama runs the systems and processes that power our go-to-market motion. As we scale and as AI reshapes how revenue teams operate, our tech stack is becoming both more sophisticated and more central to how we win and serve customers. We're hiring a GTM Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day administration of that stack and to bring a business analyst's mindset to the work. This is a role for someone who is equal parts technical operator and curious problem-solver — someone who can take a request from a stakeholder, ask the right questions to understand what they actually need, and drive a clean solution end-to-end. You will be a trusted technical partner to RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will administer Salesforce and our broader GTM platforms, build the integrations that connect them, and identify opportunities where AI and automation can make our teams more effective. How You'll Contribute - Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce as our system of record — including user management, data hygiene, declarative builds (flows, validation rules, page layouts, permissions), and reporting infrastructure. - Administer the broader GTM stack, including Gong, Gong Engage, Qualified, Salesforce CPQ, data enrichment platforms, Slack-based workflows, and other tools we adopt as we grow. - Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into well-scoped technical requirements. Ask meaningful questions, surface trade-offs, and recommend solutions rather than simply executing tickets. - Design, build, and maintain integrations across the GTM stack — using native connectors, APIs, and middleware platforms — to ensure data flows reliably between systems. - Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to revenue workflows. Evaluate, implement, and measure AI-powered features within our existing tools, and help shape how we adopt new ones. - Triage and resolve user requests with clear communication on scope, timeline, and trade-offs. Maintain documentation, playbooks, and admin training that keep the team self-sufficient. - Lead tool evaluations and implementations: scope requirements, run trials, document recommendations, and partner with vendors to bring new systems live. - Take on ad hoc projects and analyses as team priorities shift, contributing wherever the RevOps team needs an extra set of hands. Qualifications - 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a sales or revenue operations environment within a B2B SaaS environment. Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. - Demonstrated experience administering and integrating multiple GTM platforms — Gong, sales engagement tools (Gong Engage, Outreach, SalesLoft), Salesforce CPQ, data enrichment tools, Qualified, or comparable systems. - You naturally approach work as a business analyst would. You ask thoughtful questions to understand the underlying problem, define clear success criteria, and drive meaningful solutions rather than handing back what was literally requested. - Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (Workato, Zapier, Tray, MuleSoft, or similar). You can read API documentation, debug a failing integration, and ship automations end-to-end. - You actively use AI tools in your daily work and have shipped or administered AI features within a GTM stack — for example, Agentforce, Gong's AI capabilities, AI-powered enrichment, or custom assistants and agents. - You manage your own workload, hold yourself accountable to deadlines, and surface risks early. You communicate clearly in writing and verbally with both technical and non-technical audiences. - You learn new tools quickly and aren't precious about which platform you use. You're energized by figuring things out and bringing rigor to ambiguous problems. Bonus Points For - Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification. - Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ administration or implementation. - Production experience with Agentforce or other AI agent frameworks. - SQL fluency and comfort working in a modern data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). - Experience supporting GTM teams at a scaling SaaS company. - Interest in or experience with the K-12 education sector. Our salary is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonuses or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.

• Act as a supporting administrator for the financial systems, including user access, security roles, system configurations, and integration support. • Partner with financial system stakeholders and other Senior Systems Administrators to maintain, enhance, and automate financial systems and processes. • Support the monitoring of segregation of duties, user access controls, and compliance with SOX/Gaming. within the financial systems. • Participate in system testing for new products and launches to ensure financial system integrity and reporting accuracy. • Support configuring, maintaining, and validating data for integrations between financial systems. • Assist with reporting needs and ad hoc system queries from accounting and finance stakeholders. • Support user training, documentation, and troubleshooting across financial systems. • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve system workflows. • Additional projects and tasks as assigned.

• Manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and business systems • Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows servers, desktops, laptops, and enterprise applications • Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN connectivity • Monitor system performance, availability, and network health to ensure reliability and security • Maintain and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management services • Support disaster recovery planning, data backup processes, and business continuity initiatives • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company security policies • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP systems, CIS applications, and other business-critical software platforms • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data-related issues • Administer and support SQL Server environments • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries, reports, and data integrations • Administer and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, network, application, and database issues • Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls • Document application configurations, workflows, and support procedures • Work closely with IT leadership and business departments on technology projects, upgrades, and strategic initiatives

• Design, implement, and manage our cloud and server infrastructure, with a strong focus on Hetzner Cloud environments. • Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure scalable, resilient application deployment. • Automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows to enable fast, reliable software delivery. • Monitor system performance proactively, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for uptime and efficiency. • Implement and enforce security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance with data protection regulations. • Drive and improve our containerization strategy across all platforms. • Collaborate closely with development and data teams to align infrastructure with product needs. • Plan and execute regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. • Stay current with the latest DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and industry developments.
