• Assisting the firm’s attorneys & paralegals in managing a high volume of litigation matters • Communication with clients • Administrative responsibilities such as scanning, organizing, and recordkeeping • Assist with incoming and outbound mail • Manage hearing calendars
Job Requirements
- This position requires full availability during core Eastern Time (ET) business hours. We welcome candidates located in both the Eastern and Central time zones who are able to maintain this schedule.
- This is an entry-level position – prior experience working in a law office is a plus
- Must possess superior organizational and time-management skills
- Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn & utilize the firm’s client software database
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties
- Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
