Senior Pre-Sales Security Architect

Tevora

• Operates as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, and executive stakeholders—guiding them through solution evaluation, vendor rationalization, architecture modernization, and cybersecurity investment strategy. • Bridges cybersecurity strategy, solution architecture, and commercial execution across Tevora’s broad ecosystem of ~150 cybersecurity partners. • Strategic Client Advisory & Executive Engagement • Solution Architecture and the ability to assess, analyze, and rationalize tooling across vendors • Sales-driven mentality and ability to work with Account Executives for account strategy • Presentations to Sr. Management and technical buyers • Asking scoping questions to uncover client needs and technical decision criteria • Working with Partners to obtain certifications • Use case definition, documentation and thought leadership within specified Cybersecurity domains

Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background in at least some of the following:
  • A detailed understanding of the role of a CISO and product differentiators
  • Security Operations teams and knowledge across Cybersecurity domains such as Identity & Privileged Access Management, Cloud Security, Application Security (ASPM), Data Security, Endpoint, Observability and Network (SASE\SSE), AI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks across many clients in the region simultaneously
  • At least 5 years of pre-sales consulting experience, ideally with a Security reseller or Consulting firm
  • 4-year degree from a competitive university in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, MIS, or other Information Management
  • Relevant Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, CISA, CCNA, AWS Certified Architect are beneficial along with vendor\OEM product certifications
  • Additional experience with Cybersecurity Frameworks and compliance is a plus. (NIST, ISO, PCI, etc)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Travel up to 30-40%

Role Description The Cybersecurity / IAM Engineer is responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining advanced cybersecurity and identity and access management (IAM) solutions across all client environments, including cloud, IoT, edge, and data systems. This role is critical to ensuring that client meets and sustains compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and risk management requirements, including RMF, IL4/IL5, and FedRAMP controls. The engineer leads the design and enforcement of secure authentication, authorization, and RBAC frameworks, supporting multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and integration with providers. The Cybersecurity / IAM Engineer works closely with DevSecOps, software, and infrastructure teams to embed security best practices into all phases of the system lifecycle, including secure configuration baselines, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response. The position requires hands-on experience with IAM platforms, PKI, secure directory services, and the implementation of audit logging and compliance reporting.
