Role Description This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced UiPath Project Manager for a full-time contract engagement supporting client, two of the most respected health systems in the United States. Reporting directly to the Director of Intelligent Automation & Digital Transformation, you will serve as a strategic delivery leader within each organization's Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA and intelligent automation initiatives across clinical operations, revenue cycle, and administrative functions. You will bridge the gap between clinical and business stakeholders, technology teams, and executive sponsors, translating complex automation capabilities into measurable outcomes that improve patient care, reduce administrative burden, and advance each organization's digital transformation strategy. All engagements must adhere to HIPAA/HITECH, 21 CFR Part 11, and applicable federal and state healthcare regulations, as well as each client's internal data governance and security policies.
