• Assist the RE/FM Category Head in transforming IRM’s sourcing approach by marrying pragmatic category strategies with business and operational goals. • Own the sourcing strategy and supplier governance for hard FM services and key soft services, driving a shift from reactive to planned maintenance. • Embed energy and water efficiency requirements into supplier selection and contracting. • Provide commercial support for design and construction work, including contractor benchmarking, competitive bidding, and establishing procurement guardrails to reduce cost leakage. • Collaborate with site leads and ESG stakeholders to drive adoption of regional sourcing standards.

• Build and execute a multi-year category strategy for data center equipment MRO and service contracts across North America, establishing supplier segmentation and a clear savings roadmap. • Lead competitive sourcing events and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) to standardize rate cards, warranties, and escalation terms. • Partner with Data Center site leaders to implement preventive maintenance programs and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards that reduce equipment downtime and total lifecycle costs.

• Partner closely with internal customers to understand priorities, unlock value, and deliver measurable outcomes • Build and continuously evolve multi-year category strategies aligned to business roadmaps • Help standardize technology buying through unified source-to-pay processes • Lead sourcing and cross-functional teams across multiple categories and initiatives from strategy development through sourcing, contracting, and implementation • Develop organizational capability by mentoring, coaching, and building high-performing sourcing leaders and teams • Drive process improvements that increase customer happiness, reduce cycle time, and deliver efficiency gains while ensuring compliance with policies and mitigating supplier risk • Deploy leading-edge procurement solutions to drive automation, unlocking savings, mitigate risk and transform strategic sourcing processes

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, guiding them from onboarding and document collection (W-9s, banking info) through to partnering with Accounts Payable to resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies. • Manage the daily procurement request queue from intake to completion, ensuring requests are accurate and moving forward without delay, while proactively monitoring for bottlenecks to improve overall cycle times. • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams by assisting them through the procurement process, while also providing first-line system support for both internal users and external vendors. • Collaborate with vendors and internal partners (Legal, IT Security, Finance) to track critical documents like Statement of Works and security reports, ensuring seamless communication and handoffs throughout the procurement lifecycle. • Maintain meticulous data accuracy for all requests, contracts, and vendor records within the procurement system, and assist in generating reports on key metrics to provide insights to the team. • Proactively analyze request trends and system data to identify and act on opportunities for process improvements, automation, or clearer guidance for all stakeholders.
