• Own and oversee the LATAM content slate, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality, culturally relevant projects • Lead creative development across projects, including script evaluation, story development, and content adaptation for local audiences • Provide high-level creative direction to writers, directors, and production partners to ensure compelling storytelling and strong audience engagement • Ensure all content aligns with ReelShort’s brand voice, tone, and performance expectations • Identify content opportunities based on regional trends, audience insights, and emerging formats in the LATAM market • Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard • Partner closely with Creative Project Managers to manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across all LATAM projects • Establish clear production frameworks, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure smooth execution • Ensure alignment across creative, production, marketing, and localization teams • Lead relationships with external production companies, creative partners, and vendors across the LATAM region • Identify, evaluate, and onboard top-tier creative talent and production partners • Provide strategic guidance and feedback to vendors to ensure consistent quality and execution • Oversee vendor performance, ensuring all deliverables meet creative and technical standards • Ensure seamless communication and information flow across teams, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables • Oversee production documentation, including contracts, deliverables, and reporting, in collaboration with internal teams • Partner with finance and legal teams on budgets, contracts, and vendor agreements • Support the development of marketing strategies by aligning creative output with audience growth and platform performance goals • Maintain visibility across all active projects and ensure organizational clarity across departments • Serve as the central leader for all LATAM productions, providing direction, guidance, and support to Creative Project Managers and cross-functional teams • Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong and scalable regional production team • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture • Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, clarity, and structure needed to execute successfully

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in creative production, producing, or content development within entertainment, streaming, or digital media
  • Proven experience overseeing multiple projects or a content slate, with strong creative and operational ownership
  • Strong creative judgment with experience in scripted content development and storytelling
  • Experience working with external vendors, production companies, and creative talent
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows across teams
  • Strong understanding of LATAM audiences, cultural nuances, and content trends
  • Ability to lead through influence, providing direction without needing to be hands-on in day-to-day production
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a strong plus
  • Experience in vertical content, short-form video, or streaming entertainment is a plus

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Project Manager for a full-time contract engagement supporting client, two of the most respected health systems in the United States. Reporting directly to the Director of Intelligent Automation & Digital Transformation, you will serve as a strategic delivery leader within each organization's Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA and intelligent automation initiatives across clinical operations, revenue cycle, and administrative functions. You will bridge the gap between clinical and business stakeholders, technology teams, and executive sponsors, translating complex automation capabilities into measurable outcomes that improve patient care, reduce administrative burden, and advance each organization's digital transformation strategy. All engagements must adhere to HIPAA/HITECH, 21 CFR Part 11, and applicable federal and state healthcare regulations, as well as each client's internal data governance and security policies.
