Role Description Centric Software is looking for a Global Head, Corporate Communications & Brand to lead and evolve our global communications and brand strategy as we continue to scale. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands that corporate communications today is not just about visibility, social presence, or press activity; it is about shaping brand perception, enabling business growth, strengthening market influence, and helping the company communicate clearly and consistently across markets, audiences, and channels. The Global Head, Corporate Communications & Brand will be responsible for positioning Centric Software’s brand in the market, strengthening our external voice, and ensuring our messaging reflects the value we bring to complex industries and enterprise customers. This person will partner closely with the CMO, executive leadership, regional teams, sales, and external partners to ensure communications and brand programs are aligned, business-driven, scalable, and impactful. We are looking for a collaborative, pragmatic, and hands-on communications and brand leader who enables teams and stakeholders rather than acting as a gatekeeper. The right person will bring structure and strategic direction, while also understanding that Centric moves quickly and values practical, down-to-earth execution. Key Responsibilities - Lead Centric Software’s global corporate communications and brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, market positioning, and growth priorities. - Manage, develop, and enable a high-performing global communications and brand team of five direct reports, balancing strategy, execution, empowerment, and cross-functional collaboration. - Own the evolution, governance, and adoption of Centric’s Global Brand framework and external brand narrative, ensuring consistent, scalable application across regions, functions, partners, and market-facing channels. - Partner with the CMO, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to define communications and brand priorities, align messaging globally, and support strategic business initiatives. - Develop and execute executive visibility, thought leadership, public relations, media strategy, corporate storytelling, and external communications programs that strengthen Centric’s market influence. - Create clear, compelling messaging for corporate announcements, campaigns, events, customer stories, executive communications, digital channels, and other market-facing initiatives. - Serve as strategic communications and brand advisor to teams across marketing, sales, product, regions, and executive leadership, providing messaging frameworks, brand tools, and practical guidance. - Drive communications initiatives that support measurable business outcomes, including market awareness, customer engagement, demand generation, brand credibility, and executive influence. - Explore and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled communication and content tools, to improve efficiency, scalability, consistency, and effectiveness across communication programs. - Operate effectively in a fast-moving, international, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and regional needs. Qualifications - 10+ years experience in corporate communications, brand communications, public relations, executive communications, or global communications leadership within a B2B software, SaaS, enterprise technology, or complex solutions environment. - Fluent English required; additional European languages, especially French, are a plus. - Experience owning or significantly contributing to global brand governance, brand frameworks, messaging standards, and brand adoption across regions, functions, and partner ecosystems. - Experience working in international, matrixed organizations with distributed teams and multiple regional stakeholders. - Strong understanding of enterprise software sales environments, including long sales cycles, complex buying committees, partner ecosystems, and multi-product or multi-vertical positioning. - Proven ability to connect communications and brand strategy to business outcomes, including market awareness, credibility, pipeline influence, customer engagement, executive influence, and brand strength. - Experience developing executive visibility, thought leadership, and leadership communications programs. - Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences. - Ability to lead through influence, enabling teams and stakeholders rather than acting as a gatekeeper. - Comfortable moving quickly, making practical decisions, and adapting in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. - Curiosity and practical experience exploring modern communications tools, AI-enabled content solutions, or emerging technologies that improve communications efficiency, scalability, and impact.
