Your role at DynatraceWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Program Manager to join the DynatraceONE Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex cross-functional programs, driving program governance, and delivering impactful organizational changes that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Orchestrate the post-sales organization’s major initiatives in alignment with overall company objectives. - Act as end-to-end program lead for key post-sales initiatives to ensure delivery success, manage multiple programs concurrently. - Define clear roles and responsibilities across workstreams and promote an environment of accountability. - Own communication of program updates to leadership and program stakeholders. - Implement change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions throughout the organization. - Foster collaboration among teams including post-sales, product development, engineering, and IT to ensure seamless execution of transformational initiatives. - Define KPIs and metrics for operational success, continuously monitor progress, and report on the effectiveness of transformation. - Champion a culture of shared ownership, constant transformation, and urgency. What will help you succeedPreferred Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on post-sales and/or GTM programs. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships at all levels of the organization. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - In-depth experience with program management tools like Monday or Asana. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. - Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to connect the dots across teams, metrics, and initiatives - Nice to have: familiarity with Salesforce.
