The Role You’ll Fill at NADG: - Accurately enter data into the dental practice management system, reconciling prior system. - Verify insurance coverage and benefits. - Accurately build and attach insurance groups and plans. - Identify and resolve entry errors and problems. - Run reports and reconcile numbers from one system to another. Qualifications - A high school diploma. - Experience with MS Office Products. - Ability to navigate the internet using various web portals with ease. - 2 years of previous medical or dental insurance experience preferred. - Ability to work evenings and potentially some Saturdays. - A strong sense of compassion and desire to form positive interpersonal relationships over the phone. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while maintaining good organization and project management skills. Role Description Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Experto Senior en Procesos de Seguros – BPMN & IA, con sólida experiencia en el sector asegurador y profundo conocimiento en modelamiento de procesos (BPMN 2.0) y aplicación de inteligencia artificial. Participarás en un proyecto de consultoría estratégica enfocado en la optimización y rediseño de procesos clave (suscripción, emisión e indemnizaciones), bajo una modalidad remota con interacción constante con stakeholders del negocio. - Entrevistar a líderes y operadores de los procesos de negocio priorizados en seguros. - Revisar y evaluar flujos To-Be en BPMN 2.0, asegurando consistencia y aplicabilidad operativa. - Identificar brechas entre los procesos documentados y la operación real. - Detectar puntos críticos de dolor (tiempos, trazabilidad, eficiencia) en los procesos de negocio. - Mapear y validar reglas de negocio clave bajo cumplimiento regulatorio del sector asegurador. - Identificar oportunidades de implementación de IA con alto impacto en eficiencia y calidad. - Evaluar decisiones automatizables vs. decisiones que requieren validación humana según normativa SFC. - Construir frameworks de priorización de iniciativas (quick wins) en rediseño de procesos.
