The Data Analyst 2, War Room Analytics Triage plays a critical front-line role in supporting enterprise War Room operations by rapidly assessing incoming cases, estimating potential call obviation impact, and developing data-driven insights to inform prioritization and resolution efforts. This role serves as the intake and analytical backbone of the War Room, ensuring that high-risk, high-impact issues are quickly identified, quantified, and supported with actionable analysis.
