Director, Digital Asset & Brokerage Operations

• Build and manage a globally distributed team of trade ops associates providing 24/5 service coverage. • Directly engage with our customers, providing a world-class service • Review, identify and resolve trade differences • Process trade corrections and cancellations • Inventory account reconciliation • Provide input into new procedures and processes as well as revisions to existing operations procedures and processes • Manage our trading desk (internal market maker) and work with engineering to build and monitor trading systems performing automated hedging strategies • Manage our global fiat banking relationships • Maintain relationships with liquidity providers, token projects and all our vendors • Assist with financial and regulatory audits • Work closely with engineering to bring industry-leading crypto products to market
Job Requirements
- Experienced running middle/back office trade operations for a brokerage or crypto exchange
- Built and managed a globally distributed customer service focused team providing world-class 24/5 service coverage
- Experience trading crypto professionally
- Experience in US crypto regulations
