Role Description We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Payment Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for developing and scaling the company’s payment infrastructure across international markets. This role combines provider management, market analysis, negotiations, operational coordination, and strategic development of payment solutions. Responsibilities - Payment Providers & Business Development - Search, analyze, and attract new payment providers according to business and client needs. - Evaluate and select the most effective payment solutions considering GEOs, payment methods, fees, limits, conversion, operational specifics, and risks. - Independently manage payment providers and build long-term partnerships. - Participate in the development and scaling of the company’s payment infrastructure strategy. - Analyze the payment market, monitor trends, and identify new business opportunities and alternative solutions. - Negotiate commercial terms and optimize cooperation conditions with PSPs and partners. - Provider Onboarding & Integrations - Coordinate the full onboarding cycle of payment providers from initial analysis to production launch. - Manage communication with PSPs regarding commercial, operational, legal, and technical matters. - Coordinate integration processes together with Legal and Technical teams. - Monitor integration timelines, launch readiness, and implementation quality. - Control statuses and progress of onboarding and integration processes. - Process Management & Internal Coordination - Initiate and optimize internal workflows related to payment providers and cross-functional collaboration. - Build, structure, and regularly update the internal knowledge base and documentation related to payment systems and providers. - Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency. - Reduce operational load on related teams through centralized payment process management. - Improve transparency and scalability of payment-related workflows inside the company. - Team Support & Knowledge Sharing - Mentor and support new team members. - Share expertise and contribute to the development of internal standards and processes. - Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Qualifications - Higher education in Finance, Economics, Management, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields. - 3+ years of experience in related roles (Payment Manager, PSP Manager, Payment Operations, Business Development within payments). - Mandatory experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or other high-risk industries. - Strong understanding of PSP ecosystem, acquiring, payment gateways, payment processing flows, routing, provider diversification, and payment infrastructure. - Experience with searching, evaluating, onboarding, and managing payment providers. - Experience negotiating commercial terms with PSPs (fees, rolling reserves, limits, conditions). - Understanding of payment risks: fraud, chargebacks, compliance restrictions, operational limitations. - Experience working with Product and Technical teams during PSP integrations, testing, and launch processes. - Ability to evaluate payment solutions from a business perspective: cost efficiency, GEO coverage, stability, conversion, and scalability. - Experience working with international markets and payment providers. - Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. - English level sufficient for daily communication with international partners and providers. **Key Responsibilities****1. International Freight Management** - Manage international freight bookings from factories in China (and other manufacturing locations) to distribution centres in main markets (US, Canada, UK, EU). - Optimise international supply chain routes and container utilisation to minimise cost per unit. - Coordinate factory loadings at origin, ensuring all necessary export and import documentation is in place and accurate. - Monitor international transit in real time; proactively resolve issues including delays, route changes and capacity constraints. - Work closely with the account manager and other freight providers to understand network operating efficiency, capacity issues, and any threats to shipping timelines before making shipment plans and bookings. **2.
