Role Description Yope is an AI-native social app for your closest friends — real friends, no followers, just Yope. We're building a private micro-community where you share your real life with the people who matter, and save it forever. No followers, no subscribers, no likes. Just a place to enjoy life together with the people closest to you, without worrying who's watching. We're looking for a Growth Lead to build the future of private social communication — someone exceptionally smart, with real growth muscle, who thinks in systems and isn't afraid to find the non-obvious answer. Qualifications - 5–9 years in growth, user acquisition, performance marketing, or product growth. - Hands-on growth operator, not a deck reader. - Experience building or scaling consumer mobile, social, or mobile-game products. - Strong in paid media, UGC, creator programs, virality, experimentation, and analytics. - Experience operating with multi-million / $100M+/year marketing budgets. - Comfortable operating at game-dev speed: fast testing, aggressive iteration, building systems from first principles. - AI-native mindset: solve problems by building tools, not by scheduling meetings. - Exceptional systems thinking plus the ability to find non-standard solutions live. - Strong professional level of English. Requirements - Background from Tier-1 game development or high-velocity consumer mobile (e.g. King, Roblox, Epic Games). - Experience with products that reached massive scale, built strong creator/UGC loops, or grew to $100M+ revenue / 100M+ users in the past 5 years. What you will do - Build 2–3 stable, predictably scaling growth channels with unit-economics-like predictability. - Own and scale our fundamental growth channels: UGC production, creator/ambassador engines, fandom and community marketing, campus ambassador programs, and multi-channel performance buying. - Design and run a system that tests thousands of creatives per week — hypotheses, automation, analytics, the full machine. - Build AI-native identity and workflows into the entire growth team. - Drive aggressive, compounding growth (think 10x), boosting our organic engine through paid and tactical channels. What makes you successful in this role - Brilliant — speed of thinking, broad erudition, market sense, and the ability to reason on the fly. - Genuine growth muscle: experience with big budgets and explosive growth. - Real creativity — ability to extrapolate and invent, not just execute existing playbooks. - Ownership from idea to impact and thrive in ambiguity at early stage. - Desire to build systems that scale organic, viral, community-driven growth. - Fit a high-intensity, no-toxicity, supportive-but-demanding culture. Benefits - Meaningful equity — own what you build. - Direct impact: work directly with the CEO; this is a path to a C-level / CMO role. - A team of 10+ from day one reporting into you, and builders from world-class consumer companies around you. - A top-tier team and physical offices in London and Lisbon, with remote flexibility across the EU. - The chance to build the hiring and growth function from the ground up.
