Role Description We're looking for a strong Product Business Analyst ready to own products, not just document them. To put it simply: you'll figure out what needs to be built, shape how it should work, and make sure it actually delivers value. You'll also work deeply with complex systems, constraints, dependencies, and engineering trade-offs — not only defining new functionality, but rethinking and improving existing solutions together with development teams. Waste Management Project: E-commerce Stream - Work on a large-scale waste management platform focused on expanding and improving the company's e-commerce capabilities. - The team is responsible for: - Online service enrollment - Pricing and service availability management - Payment experience - Customer journey enhancements - Administrative tools that support order management and service delivery workflows - Team: Cross-functional team consisting of BA/UX Architects, Designers, Product stakeholders, and Dev team working across multiple streams to deliver customer-facing and operational digital solutions. What you'll do: - Clarify requirements with clients – especially the ones they haven't articulated yet - Develop a strong product vision and translate it to the team - Work with engineering to estimate, plan, navigate trade-offs, and rethink solutions within complex system constraints and dependencies - Guide designers with functional context, ensure UX makes sense for the business and users both - Analyze system limitations, dependencies, and impacts to help shape scalable and feasible solutions - Track whether it's working – and iterate when it's not Example activities could look like below, but don't worry if you haven't done some of them – we support and teach 👌 - Analyze: lead discovery workshops, map AS-IS/TO-BE processes, define business goals, gaps, system constraints, and dependencies - Research: create and validate assumptions through research, analyze competitors and market opportunities - Build: translate needs into specs, shape user flows and product vision together with designers, collaborate with engineering on scope, feasibility, and technical implications - Measure: track success metrics, analyze usage data, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on what's working Qualifications - 3+ years in BA or Product Analyst roles - You explain your thinking clearly — to clients, to engineers, to designers - "What if" and "why not" mindset — curious, not rigid - Comfortable with ambiguity — plan B is always in your back pocket - You understand UX, technical implications, and can connect the dots between business needs, users, and complex system realities - Strong English (your clients are native speakers) - Strong Ukrainian (internal team communication) Benefits - Career growth + training + language classes - Medical insurance + mental health support - Flexible hours, inclusive culture - Benefits for fitness, hobbies, pets & more

Role Description Do you love turning complex go-to-market data into clear recommendations that actually move pipeline, conversion, and revenue? And are you the kind of person who does not stop at the analysis, but actively partners with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to turn insights into action? Then this is the right role for you! - You lead end-to-end analytical projects with high business relevance across our go-to-market funnel and you own the analytical direction from problem framing to recommendation and help drive the implementation. - You turn data into clear strategic recommendations and business narratives for stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, RevOps and CX: opportunities, risks, concrete next steps, and what to do about them. - You design and orchestrate advanced analyses around funnel performance, conversion, attribution, pipeline dynamics, and growth levers increasingly using AI to do the heavy lifting while you own the judgment and direction. - You build and own a trustworthy data foundation in SQL and dbt: scalable models instead of one-off reporting, structured and documented enough to be agentic-ready for people and AI agents alike. - You support the development of a strong AI-ready semantic layer for GTM analytics: translating business logic into clear metric definitions, trusted dbt models, semantic layer, documentation, and context that enable reliable analysis, self-service, and future AI use cases. - You build new, proactive AI-powered solutions that bring insights directly into the team's workflow for example, a salesperson being coached automatically from their pipeline data and a tailored prompt, instead of waiting for someone to open a dashboard. - You help the whole GTM analytics function level up: you upskill colleagues on working with AI on data, partner with our AI Engineer on agentic workflows, and raise the analytical bar across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. Qualifications - Solid experience as a Data Analyst in a B2B SaaS environment, with real GTM domain depth on funnel performance, conversion, attribution, and a clear understanding of how Marketing, Sales, and RevOps work together across the funnel. - Strong SQL and dbt: you own a trustworthy, well-modeled data foundation. - You own outcomes, not artifacts: you move from analysis to recommendation to implementation, make sound decisions under ambiguity, and balance speed with analytical rigor. - You partner closely with stakeholders, ask the sharp questions, and challenge assumptions constructively while staying open to better arguments. - You already use AI or LLMs practically in your work: you decompose problems for AI, think about context and data readiness, and direct and validate AI output. Requirements - You enjoy building new, proactive AI-powered solutions, not just dashboards, and like enabling others to work this way. - Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, or context/prompt engineering, we'll grow you into the deep end together with our AI Engineer. - German is a plus, but the role can be performed in English. Benefits - Flexible working hours and location-independent mobile working, supported by a Germany-wide rail pass (Deutschlandticket) subsidized with 29 euros. - 30 days of vacation (including December 24 and 31) plus additional days off (wedding, relocation, birth). - One volunteering day for a social project that is close to your heart. - Stay fit with the Jobrad bike leasing program and sports offerings from Hansefit or EGYM Wellpass. - Access to the full range of services offered by our mental health partner Bloom. - You will also benefit from additional company health insurance from Allianz. - Monthly professional shoulder and neck massage at the Hanover office. - An annual training budget of currently $800 for courses, books, or coaching. - Regular feedback and development meetings to support you in your career goals. - A clear HERO career plan to enable you to grow internally. - Sensational summer and Christmas parties as well as regular team events. - Annual co-workations with the HERO team within the EU. Your Application Do you see your skills, abilities, and, of course, your personality reflected in the job ad? Perfect! Then send us your detailed application with your salary expectations via the application button. We strongly encourage non-binary and trans* individuals to apply for this position. Severely disabled applicants with equal qualifications will be given preference. Your people of contact: Nicolas (Talent Attraction), Ricarda (Director Data & Insights), Valerie (Team Lead Data & Insights). We look forward to receiving your application! Salary Range: 65.000-85.000 Euro/year
