Player Operations Specialist
Patrianna
• Analyze real-money transactions and player patterns to detect and prevent fraudulent accounts and suspicious activities • Conduct KYC verification, risk assessments, and Enhanced Due Diligence for high-value accounts meeting global regulatory standards • Manage comprehensive payment operations including deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and redemption decisions • Investigate transaction anomalies, money laundering patterns, and bonus abuse while maintaining detailed regulatory documentation • Validate identity documents, enforce compliance protocols, and coordinate with legal and risk teams • Resolve payment queries with Customer Support and Finance teams while addressing system discrepancies • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and fraud prevention strategy development
Job Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in KYC, Payments, or Risk roles within iGaming or fintech environments
- Strong knowledge of USA and European regulated gaming markets and compliance frameworks
- Fluent English with ability to communicate complex risk scenarios clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy under pressure
- Commercial understanding of how payment and risk decisions impact business outcome
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in our 24/7 operation
- Experience with fraud detection tools and payment processing systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with AML/CTF regulations and reporting requirements (preferred)
- Additional European languages beneficial (preferred)

• Own day-to-day clearing, settlement, margining, and position reconciliation across CDE • Lead relationships with external clearinghouses, clearing members, FCM counterparties, and regulators • Drive the development and continuous improvement of clearing procedures, controls, and risk frameworks • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure clearing infrastructure supports new product launches • Build and scale a high-performing clearing operations team • Support regulatory filings, DCO/FCM governance requirements, and audit responses
