• Edit long-form livestreams, interviews, webinars, and educational content into engaging short-form videos • Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms • Identify compelling moments, market insights, and educational clips that can be repurposed into short-form content • Add captions, graphics, transitions, motion elements, and branding to enhance engagement and retention • Optimize content for platform-specific formats and audience behavior • Maintain organized media libraries and project files • Produce and support live broadcasts using OBS Studio • Manage scenes, overlays, transitions, audio sources, and stream layouts • Monitor livestream quality and troubleshoot technical issues during broadcasts • Prepare production assets, graphics, and visual elements before going live • Record and organize livestream content for post-production editing • Collaborate with hosts, traders, and internal stakeholders to execute content plans and production schedules • Support content calendars and publishing workflows • Assist in developing new content formats and audience engagement initiatives • Stay current on social media trends, editing techniques, and livestream best practices • Contribute creative ideas to help grow the Tradeify TV brand and community
Job Requirements

- Experience editing short-form content for social media platforms
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Working knowledge of OBS Studio and livestream production workflows
- Strong understanding of social media content trends and audience engagement strategies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Role Description The Producer is accountable for the successful planning, management, and execution of production events. The Producer implements processes and SOPs that drive consistency in event execution, while identifying, resolving, escalating operational problems, and optimizing the deployment of production resources. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers once the handoff from a seller has been completed. The Producer reports to the Associate Director, Event Production.
