General Manager – Remote Lodges

• Plan, manage, and guide contracted services for multiple sites for a client or for multiple clients • Provide operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations • Manage the client and community relationships at the location • Continually assess operations and develop plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction • Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives • Recommend methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth • Manage a budget and assist in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and codes and maintain all associated records and reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
  • Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff
  • Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements
  • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
  • Proven ability leading through other managers
  • Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis

Role Description The Site Selection & Colocation Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing optimal locations for new data center developments and colocation expansions. This role combines real estate strategy, technical due diligence, market analysis, and vendor management to support the company’s global data center growth.
