Director, Accounts Receivable

Ovation Healthcare

• Support with strategic oversight to direct, manage, and improve the revenue cycle operations • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Serve as the internal revenue cycle liaison for hospital leadership • Work with hospital leadership to ensure understanding of revenue cycle processes and metrics • Supervise multiple Managers and provide guidance and mentoring • Recommend and establish changes to policies or processes to improve the revenue cycle • Develop actions plans for metrics not meeting established goals • Facilitate meetings with regional leaders to report financial performance and improvement plans

Role Description Tyson & Mendes is looking for an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join our Accounting Department. A successful candidate has experience working in a law office or professional services firm, is proficient with legal billing software and Excel, and is comfortable speaking on the phone on a daily basis.
