Role Description The Solar Appointment Concierge will be responsible for managing customer leads from various sources by connecting with them through phone and email. This position will be responsible for: - Initial engagement, first impressions, and white glove treatment of leads while confirming intent and matching leads with the best available trusted installer. - Making outbound calls to existing and potential homeowner customers and educating them on Enphase, solar value proposition, basic needs analysis, as well as a high-level overview of the solar buying process. - Scheduling customers with installers to conduct a solar consultation to include design and pricing with a Solar Specialist (virtual/in-person options vary by company). - Understanding customer needs and offering solutions to help them. - Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information. - Tracking customer interactions with customer service tickets. - Post-appointment follow-up may be required to ensure a positive customer experience and potential re-direction of customer to a different installer more suited to meet the customer’s needs. - Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
