Role Description Enphase Energy’s C&I Sales Director will be responsible for leading a C&I salesperson team who calls on commercial developers and installers. The position will closely collaborate with other departments including C&I product group, Field Application Engineers, and Training. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving C&I revenue and servicing partners and customers. The ideal candidate has C&I solar sales management experience and a unique blend of leadership, business, and technical skills. S/he will establish plans and execute strategies to expand the C&I business including the go to market for C&I products addressing >1 MW project sizes to develop a new customer base. The position is a home office position. - Lead and manage the C&I business and the C&I sales team. - Develops and executes the C&I go to market plan including segmentation, primary target market definition, value proposition, and channel development plan. - Collaborate with and coach Sales team in developing and closing C&I projects and sharing best practices. - Creates and executes six quarter forecasts and reports weekly and monthly on sales and opportunities status. - Works with Product Line Management to represent the voice of the customer to develop the right C&I solutions. Qualifications - Possesses 10 years’ C&I sales supervisory experience. - Successful history of managing C&I solar salespeople who sell to C&I developers and installers. - Proven ability to grow a C&I business with a premium product by effectively selling a value proposition with consultative selling. - Successful experience with matrix managed organizations. - Demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing skills; commercially astute. - Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on attitude. - Demonstrated strategic vision and planning capabilities. - Understands, with clarity, key internal/external business, and technical issues. - Quantitative and results driven professional who can adapt to rapidly changing environments. - Salesforce experience a plus. Requirements - 30-50% travel. Benefits - The OTE range for this position is $141,000 to $226,800 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. - The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. - This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.

We are seeking Field Applications Engineers in India to be a member of our technical sales team responsible for pre-sales technical support and new product field deployments. Location: Kerala What you will do - Support the Sales Organization with Product’s Technical Expertise - Provide clear Customer Technical Requirements feedback to Product Management and Product Development Teams. - Execute customer-facing Technical Product Adoption programs. - Execute customer-facing New Product Introduction (NPI) field activities. - Develop and deliver documentation such as: design guides, line diagrams, standard BOMs, technical briefs, best practices and training. - Engage in specialized System Designs support activities. - Coordinate and execute field testing and feedback collection for new hardware and software. - Go through internal documents and build system knowledge on upcoming products. - Provide onsite and remote commissioning training and support for install partners for solar electric and energy storage systems. - Close cooperation and alignment with Customer Support and Field Services to deliver a best-in-class Customer Support Experience. - Conduct Technical Training to external customers. - Ability to promote teamwork and build relationships with internal and external customers. - Follow and implement quality improvement internal process. Qualifications - 4+ years’ experience in solar industry. - Strong System Design knowledge on distributed solar energy systems. - Hands-on experience on both DC/AC system design, BESS storage systems. - Excellent industry knowledge of competition, market trends on various product technologies like PV Modules, inverters, BESS, mounting structures etc. - Experience in BESS system design, sizing, troubleshooting, etc. - Good knowledge on System Bill of materials and Costing preparations. - Strong Knowledge on PV simulation software’s like PVsyst, Helioscope, etc. - Hands-on experience on AutoCAD & Google SketchUp simulation software’s. - Strong Knowledge on Solar PV design Due diligence like Module layouts, SLD and standard PV System design documents review. - Strong knowledge on Pre and post system commissioning site visits/Audits. - Ability and willingness to travel locally, domestically and at times internationally as needed. - Good Problem-solving skills – field and system related issue troubleshooting activities. - Strong communication skills including listening and handling objections and technical inquiries. - Good presentation skills. Experience to conduct technical training to internal and external peoples. - Excellent interpersonal skills to build and develop relationships internally and externally. - Experience working remotely with strong self-management and interpersonal skills and proven record of establishing and maintaining working relationships with customers, peers, and managers.

What you will do - Receive inbound/outbound calls from customers/installers looking to purchase services direct through Enphase including but not limited to: - SunPower conversions - SunVault upgrades - Solarbridge upgrades - Enphase Care subscriptions - Out of warranty Gateway replacements - Cell modem upgrades and renewals - Out of warranty Micro upgrades - E-Store order support (pre-sale) - Conduct a proper needs analysis to capture customer interests and requirements - Provide value proposition specific to the customer’s specific interests - Quote and capture payment/Complete sales process - Make outbound calls to existing and potential homeowner customers and educate them on Enphase, solar value proposition, basic needs analysis, as well as a high-level overview solar buying process - After qualification, schedule customers with installers to conduct a solar consultation to include design and pricing with a Solar Specialist (virtual/in person options vary by company) - Understand customer needs and offer solutions to help them - Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information - Track customer interactions with Solar Concierge Guide - Post-appointment follow-up may be required to ensure a positive customer experience and potential re-direction of customer to a different installer more suited to meet the customer’s needs - Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions Who you are and what you bring - 2+ years of call center experience - Bachelor's degree preferred - Proven track record of setting appointments for solar consultations to homeowner customers - Demonstrated experience in lead qualification and appointment setting - Self-starter, and go-getter; able to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working through unknowns - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to drive productivity - Excellent verbal and written communication skills The base pay for this position is $18.75 to $29.08 per hour. This base salary may be modified in the future. We are currently looking for a skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive Enphase revenue and share growth in a defined set of partner accounts. You accomplish this goal by finding new partners and enabling and educating all partners on the Enphase technology and business propositions. You help them sell our solutions! What you will do - Assessing a partner’s business and jointly developing successful strategies to incorporate and sell Enphase products in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partner’s P&L. - Building creative solutions to win new accounts and develop your market - Being on the forefront of new products that will continue to drive the Solar Energy market (microinverters, energy storage, AC modules, etc.) - Driving Enphase revenue and market share at partner accounts including but not limited to negotiating agreements, providing product training, introduction of new products and managing day-to-day business issues. - Managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and share objectives - Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly territory and account forecasts - Freedom to “own” your market and be the CEO of your region Who you are and what you bring - Minimum of 8+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a high-tech industry selling via indirect channels such as authorized dealers and distributors of electro-mechanical equipment/devices - Strong to expert capability in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce - Experience in solar industry, energy industry, high technology, or conventional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC) is a plus. - Results oriented, self-motivated and ability to thrive in complex sales environment - Relevant experience managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and share objectives - Experience in solar industry or conventional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC) is a plus - Proven territory planning and management skills - Ability to produce sales and revenue forecasts for individual accounts by analyzing historical sales data and information provided by the partner and comparing with competitive and general market data as available - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills. - Virtual office must have easy access to major metropolitan airport. - Ability to travel 50% The base pay range for this position is OTE $87,000 - $181,000 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions.
