Role Description You will be in contact with private landlords and accounts in order to onboard them in the Spotahome platform. Your responsibilities include: - Contacting both private landlords and accounts to ensure their listings contain correct and up-to-date information (availability updates). - Learning how to engage with landlords and help them optimize the conditions of their properties to maximize value from the Spotahome platform. - Reactively solving landlords' questions, making modifications, and providing advice to improve their performance on our platform. - Contacting listers to schedule photo-sessions. - Tracking and analyzing your own reports. - Supporting the Sales team with daily reporting and account management tasks. - Developing strong relationships with local teams and central operations. Qualifications - Fluency in Italian and high proficiency in English. - Interest in technology, property, and the travel industry. - Organizational skills and the ability to multitask. - Startup mentality and creative mindset. - Agility and the desire to learn. - Ability to sign a University agreement. - Based in Milan or Madrid.
