Account Manager

Ironmark

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service. • Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of products and services. • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing prompt and effective resolution. • Assist in escalating and resolving complex client concerns when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, projects, and account activity. • Manage projects through the complete production lifecycle, from project initiation through final delivery. • Coordinate print and digital marketing campaigns to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project specifications and requirements. • Review project estimates, customer files, proofs, and specifications to ensure accuracy before production. • Monitor project timelines and communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders. • Work closely with production, fulfillment, creative, data, and technology teams to ensure successful project execution. • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional products and services. • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and generating qualified leads. • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to support account growth and customer retention. • Ensure clients are informed about available solutions that can help achieve their business objectives. • Coordinate with vendors and production partners to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery expectations are met. • Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and workflow implementation. • Ensure all project information is complete, accurate, and properly communicated to internal teams. • Utilize ERP, project management, CRM, and workflow systems to manage client accounts, production schedules, and project performance. • Leverage technology to improve efficiency, reporting, client communication, and operational visibility. • Support process improvements and adoption of new technologies that enhance client and team performance. • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within organizational systems.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Printing Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of Account Management, Customer Service, Project Management, Print Production, Marketing Services, or related experience.
