Sales Account Manager – Affiliate Marketing

• Negotiate and manage an annually billed revenue portfolio in the seven-figure range across multiple affiliate partners • Analyze large datasets and performance reports to optimize campaigns and negotiate commercial terms • Develop and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships and act as the primary point of contact • Negotiate commercial terms (payments, commission structures, budgets) and manage partner expectations to create sustainable, mutually beneficial agreements • Coordinate day-to-day partner relationships, including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing-technical aspects • Prospect, qualify, and onboard new advertisers who are a good fit for our verticals • Continuously analyze the market and competitive landscape, translating insights into concrete actions for the portfolio • Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize performance and implement improvements • Travel to industry conferences and partner meetings to represent We Love X, meet clients, and strengthen partnerships
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience in account management within the affiliate industry
- Proven track record negotiating commercial terms and managing revenue-generating partner portfolios
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and BI/analytics tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, or similar)
- High attention to detail and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and forecasting
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; ability to establish trust and rapport with partners
- Structured working style with strong organizational and prioritization skills, especially when managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Holistic thinking, always considering the impact of one's activities on other teams, partners, and the overall company
- Resilient and persistent mindset — comfortable with constant change, ongoing negotiations, and diligent follow-up
- Fluent in business English; German skills are a strong advantage.

• Maximize sales of all SIGVARIS products in assigned geographical territory. • Identify key physicians, customers, hospitals/IDNs/Medical Centers/VAs. • Identify and be knowledgeable of all competitors and their products. • Develop and utilize a structure itinerary/zone plan for travel. • Effectively meet with key decision makers. • Effectively use necessary and available forms of virtual communication with customers and colleagues. • Enter detailed call activity into sales application tools. • Run and analyzes sales reports to identify trends in territory. • Run searches to identify new customers (dealers/physicians). • Keep abreast of all compression reimbursements as it relates to State and regional insurance plans. • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc. • Resolves customer complaints to the mutual benefit of both the company and the customer by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. • Actively participate in medical conventions and/or trade shows when and where needed. • Prepare and submit weekly Planning and Activities report to the Regional Sales Manager. • Maximize cost savings and demonstrates fiduciary responsibility to ensure expenses are below budget. • Demonstrates effective presentation or platform skills. • Fosters positive morale among staff, by promotion of open communication with all departments, to help create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment. • Interacts with external and internal customers in a timely manner conducive to continued positive relationships. • Displays patience, courtesy and tact; demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others as necessary. • Demonstrates effective communication methods. • Regional Sales Managers and/or appropriate management staff are kept informed of developments affecting their functions. • Responds quickly to all oral and written communications. • Maintains and encourages an open line of communication with both internal and external customers. • Checks and responds to voice mail messages in a timely manner. • Accurately and legibly presents written data to affected internal/external customer. • Proficient at using MS Teams, Zoom, and similar platforms to reach customer base and call points as necessary. • Follow established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SIGVARIS policies, industry standards, ISO 13485 standards, and Federal, State and local laws. • Follow all work instructions, create and maintain accurate records to meet all internal and external requirements to support the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy. • Accurately perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.
