Será responsável por acompanhar e supervisionar o time de BDRs de maneira estratégica e atuar diretamente na prospecção com o objetivo de construir oportunidades para o time de Vendas. - Demonstrar perfil de "mão na massa", com foco em prospecção ativa e habilidade para orientar e desenvolver o time comercial. - Ser responsável por call review, feedback de prospecção, revisar cadência do time; - Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de vendas e marketing, prospectando e agendando reuniões com potenciais clientes; - Desenvolver relacionamentos de confiança (rapport) para identificar dores do cliente e converter leads em oportunidades qualificadas. - Executar e monitorar sequências de contatos (automatizadas e personalizadas) através de canais de contato - Whatsapp, E-mail, Linkedin, etc; - Gerar, validar e enriquecer listas de leads através de pesquisas em plataformas próprias e canais online para checar informações captadas; - Ter autonomia em criar novas estratégias de prospecção, list building e demais frentes, inclusive com utilização de ferramentas de IA. - Ser capaz de apresentar nossas soluções com brilho nos olhos até por telefone, da forma mais assertiva possível; - Acompanhar métricas e indicadores, visando sempre a otimização dos processos para trazer os melhores resultados. - Participar de reuniões semanais de análise de Pipeline, irá auxiliar na definição de estratégias e evolução do setor de vendas. - Apoiar o time e a Head de New Business em novas estratégias de prospecção, definição de ICP, verticais, etc; - Atuar em campo quando necessário, especialmente em eventos de indústria. Role Description onX is seeking a Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager I to play a key role in accelerating how we build and scale strategic partnerships. This role exists to increase the speed and quality of our partnership pipeline by owning early- to mid-stage partner development—identifying opportunities, initiating relationships, and driving conversations forward. Role Description The BDM runs JPMS’s new business growth in a territory.
