IT Operations Analyst

Tinuiti

• Provide hands-on support for end-user computing issues on both Windows and macOS systems, assist with cloud applications such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack, and troubleshoot basic network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity problems and network configuration. • Assist with user account management, device provisioning, software deployment, and basic patch management tasks, ensuring that devices are set up, configured, and managed in compliance with company protocols and security standards, while maintaining an accurate device inventory and supporting hardware lifecycle management. • Build collaborative relationships within IT and across departments by providing clear, effective communication, offering technical assistance and guidance to non-technical teams such as marketing and sales for routine issues, and sharing progress and solutions with stakeholders while adapting the communication style to meet the needs of the audience. • Contribute to IT projects that impact the immediate team by following guidance from senior members, while supporting improvement efforts to enhance team efficiency and assisting in developing solutions for streamlined workflow. • Independently diagnose and resolve common issues by following established processes and escalating complex problems as needed, while demonstrating attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in all tasks, and actively documenting recurring issues and solutions to enhance personal knowledge and improve future troubleshooting.

Job Requirements

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Jamf 100/200, Google IT Support, or similar are preferred.
  • Basic working knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
  • Experience with cloud application support (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Jira Atlassian).
  • Foundational understanding of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize work based on guidance from management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the IT operations field, with a proactive approach to self-improvement and team support.
