Associate Director, Brand Analytics

• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Brand teams supporting BEQALZI and BTK CDAC launch planning, execution, and ongoing performance management. • Own customer segmentation strategy and execution, including the development, refinement, and activation of segments to support brand strategy, targeting, and customer engagement. • Lead analytics using secondary data sources to generate actionable insights on customer behavior, market dynamics, patient flow, and brand performance. • Own advanced analytics modeling for the brands, including use cases such as look-alike modeling, program or campaign effectiveness measurement, and other predictive or prescriptive analytics to inform business decisions. • Develop and deliver strategic and tactical analyses to answer key business questions related to launch readiness, brand performance, customer engagement, market evolution, and competitive dynamics. • Partner closely with Brand Teams, GCMT, Medical, GCSO, and other internal teams to integrate multiple data sources into a cohesive view of business performance and opportunity. • Design and maintain launch performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and business reviews to track progress against strategic objectives. • Support development of market assessments, segmentation, patient or customer journey analyses, and performance storytelling for leadership audiences. • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that influence strategic decisions and improve launch effectiveness. • Manage projects effectively across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, high quality outputs, and alignment with business priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related analytical field; Advanced Degree Preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand analytics, commercial analytics, business insights, or a related function, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar healthcare settings.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches or pre-launch assets, working across matrixed organizations, and influencing stakeholders through data-driven insights.
  • Prior hands-on experience with advanced analytics algorithms and modeling approaches is required, including examples such as look-alike modeling, program or campaign effectiveness analysis, predictive analytics, or related advanced analytical applications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R required.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Hands-on experience applying advanced analytics and modeling techniques to support brand objectives is required.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytical platforms such as Alteryx, Dataiku, Power BI, or similar tools is strongly preferred.

Role Description The Medical Science Liaison Lead is a professional in charge of leading, managing and monitoring a team of Medical Science Liaisons in Italy and reporting into the Country Medical Director for Italy. The MSL Team Lead will be responsible to co-create a comprehensive field medical plan and supporting KOL relationships within Italy. Role Description The Project Director for Postsecondary Education works as a part of the leadership team in the WestEd Center for Economic Mobility. The Project Director has three primary areas of responsibility: - Implementing projects that help postsecondary education systems utilize labor market information to support the economic mobility of learners. - Leading strategy and business development. - Supervising staff and cultivating their development.
