Provider Engagement Manager
DaVita Kidney Care
• Serve as the liaison between the physician practice and various internal and external stakeholders • Partner and manage successful relationship(s) with Nephrologist(s) to build trust and physician satisfaction • Educates practices on all program requirements including participation and responsibilities for quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) • Provides analysis of clinical and operational data from multiple sources and determines current trends to develop QA and QI actions appropriate for value-based program needs • Collaborates with DaVita and IKC clinical leadership on key findings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree- Preferred
- Proven track record of building successful physician relationships- Required
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payers, value-based care models, and/or integrated healthcare models
- Process improvement training (Lean Six Sigma, PDSA)- Preferred
- At least five years of experience in a clinical or clinical support role- Required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PPT, Word)
