- Proven leader with 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and 2+ years managing multi-function demand teams (Digital Demand Gen, ABM, and/or Field); ideally within data, AI, or enterprise technology.
- You have a track record of driving measurable pipeline growth. You’ve built and scaled marketing systems that directly contribute to revenue, not just leads.
- Strategic operator and coach. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and can operate in a fast-moving startup environment, but you’re also skilled at setting vision, creating clarity, and empowering teams to execute with accountability and alignment.
- Deep understanding of the full funnel from awareness to opportunity, including how to execute, measure, and optimize each stage.
- Analytical and data-fluent. Comfortable interpreting pipeline metrics, salesforce data, and ROI dashboards to drive decisions and communicate impact.
- Collaborative, business-minded marketer. You build trusted partnerships with GTM and Exec teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
