Role Description Effectively provide administrative and operational support for the Design Engineering Managers and their respective team. This position sustains the end-to-end operational flow across multiple systems and sites through data validation, reporting, and coordination. The role plays a key part in ensuring process integrity, cross-site alignment, and timely visibility of engineering activities across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support for on-boarding new engineers. - Help track managers' feedback and drive review of documentation to formalize processes. - Provide documentation support; register new hires, assign learning paths, track completions, and produce weekly training compliance reports. - Review and process IE Change Requests, create IECOs for approved CRs, monitor progress, and issue IECNs upon completion. - Support the design-to-order (DTO) engineering process to help maintain customer lead time and quality expectations by communicating roadblocks. - Validate data alignment between Engineering and Production schedule to maintain alignment for design releases. - Work within IEM systems to perform internal audits of Bill of Materials (BOM) to follow best practices and ensure Supply Chain and ERP system integration. - Generate reports from Mechanical Engineering schedule dashboard at routine intervals. - Support the coordination of project communication, schedules, and data consistency across systems. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Technical institute certificate or equivalent professional experience. - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). - Experience with database management, SharePoint, and ERP systems. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of urgency. - Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing processes. - Strong understanding of production and documentation requirements and ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. Requirements - Excellent written and oral communication skills to act as an interface between production and the engineering team. - Maintain controlled documents, work instructions, and process updates with proper version control and audit readiness. - Possess a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent in English. - Able to sustain automated IECR–IECO–IECN flows, notifications, and Power Automate scripts (not required but a plus). - Desire to develop skills through on-the-job experience to advance in manufacturing. Compensation The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $69,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications. • Maintain and support enterprise Case Management and Juror Management applications built on CA Plex. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. • Design, develop, and implement enhancements to business rules, workflows, screens, batch processes, and reports. • Work within the CA Plex development environment to update objects, functions, and relationships. • Develop and optimize MS SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data fixes. • Support integrations with external agencies and third-party systems. • Assist with reporting, data extracts, and data warehouse support. • Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
