• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage with potential clients. • Manage high-volume outreach through cold calling, professional networking, and email campaigns. • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and assessing alignment with our solutions. • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team. • Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead statuses in our tracking systems. • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline contribution.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or hospitality).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy daily schedule.

- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities over the phone.
