Sales Development Representative

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage with potential clients. • Manage high-volume outreach through cold calling, professional networking, and email campaigns. • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and assessing alignment with our solutions. • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team. • Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead statuses in our tracking systems. • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline contribution.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or hospitality).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy daily schedule.
  • A competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities over the phone.

  • Professional fluency or bilingual proficiency in Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, or Tamil.
  • Prior experience in lead generation or outbound telemarketing.
