Supply Chain Operational Analyst

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and define preferred system and operational solutions • Analyze complex operational and system data to identify trends, defects, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Develop a clear understanding of system requirements, operational rules, and system functionality • Support system simulations, evaluations, and solution validation activities • Document and communicate system evaluations, operational requirements, and project execution needs • Generate the functional description of operation documentation for assigned projects • Assist the software implementation team included development of the functional specification document. • Provide operational and systems support during implementation and post-go-live phases, including Hypercare support • Deliver training, mentoring, and guidance to team members and operational users as needed • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams • Travel to customer sites as needed to support implementation, observation, training, troubleshooting, and operational analysis • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety expectations
