Job Description

Apprentice Epic Wisdom Analyst

OCHIN, Inc.

• First line of contact with members of the OCHIN collaborative to help research and coordinate resolution of issues. • Resolve problems with application vendor or other technical support as indicated. • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and OCHIN Customer Service Expectations through the completion of Help Desk tickets, calls and live chats. • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products as directed by the Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst mentor.

Job Requirements

  • Completion of an OCHIN workforce training program or similar experience preferred.
  • Epic proficiency must be obtained within 60-days of employment
  • Experience working in retail pharmacy preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems.

Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent. - 3+ years’ Mortgage Banking or related industry experience, particularly in customer service or research capacity. - Proficient skills in typing, spelling, grammar, sentence structure, and proofreading. - Solid PC skills: Proficient with Microsoft applications and loan servicing platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail/accuracy. - Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to always interact in a positive and professional manner with all levels of both internal and external audiences, including the ability to explain complex issues and resolutions clearly and concisely. - Outstanding customer service skills, including conflict resolution management.
