• Act as the Key Account Manager and primary contact, building strong client relationships and ensuring alignment with their objectives. • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling existing offerings, and leveraging market and competitor insights. • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, business, legal, sales, marketing, product, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Monitor and improve client satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively and refining products or services based on feedback. • Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing growth of accounts, using data analytics to inform strategic decisions and achieve performance targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- ● Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
- ● 5+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager with international customers in the payments industry.
- ● Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
- ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- ● Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- ● Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
- ● Results-driven and goal-oriented.
