Field Service Engineer
Our Taap
• Cover your allocated region and assist others in your team if needed • High completion rate for all jobs either installing or repairing water systems for our customers • Carrying out repairs to our water home systems. • Always identifying and fixing the issue first time, avoiding return visits • Ensure customers are delighted with their home water system returned to full working order • Install water systems in customers’ homes. • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, plumbing is error free and kitchen is left clean and tidy. • Set up and demonstrated the water system for the customer, ensuring they enjoy all the amazing features of our taap. • Positive and frequent communication with the scheduling and stock teams to ensure issues are swiftly resolved • Provide an awesome customer experience from the first call until leaving their property. • Go out of your way to drive positive reviews and customer recommendations • Follow all Stand Operating Procedures and defined processes, accurately recording information in our systems • Record all stock consumption accurately in our systems to ensure your van stock aligns to system counts • Complete all stock takes accurately and on time
