Role Description We are recruiting for our client, Contara, an agency that helps high-growth CPG brands scale through data-driven Shopify solutions, combining expert development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retention marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth. As a Copywriter, you'll play a key role in helping these brands grow by creating compelling messaging across various platforms. - Approximately 75% of the role will focus on retention marketing (Email/SMS). - Approximately 25% will focus on conversion-focused website and landing page copy. Key Responsibilities - Retention Marketing (75%) - Write high-converting email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo. - Create engaging SMS campaigns and customer journeys. - Develop retention-focused messaging that increases customer lifetime value. - Collaborate with strategists and marketers to optimize campaign performance. - Continuously test and iterate copy based on performance data. - Conversion Copy (25%) - Write landing page copy that drives conversions. - Create compelling product page copy for eCommerce brands. - Support website copy projects and optimization initiatives. - Collaborate with designers and CRO specialists to improve customer experience.
