Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into clear, persuasive, and highly original copy. You will ensure that all creative messaging effectively communicates the outlined strategic intent, captivating our audiences while maintaining strict alignment with business goals Key Responsibilities - Act as the lead for the development of projects, delivering high-quality copy across multiple channels including TVC, OOH, digital, social media, and radio, Oversee proofreading and Tone of Voice (TOV) standards. - Liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to take briefs, build presentation decks, and pitch creative concepts - Manage relationships with external suppliers, including producers, directors, and motion houses. - Partner with Art Directors, Account Management, and the wider agency team to ensure project delivery remains on strategy, on schedule, and within budget. - Review and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise future creative output. - Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and market innovation. About your experience - 5+ years of professional experience as a Copywriter or Senior Creative within an advertising or creative agency environment. - A comprehensive portfolio showcasing original, high-quality, and effective creative campaigns. - Strong presentation capabilities, with a proven track record of successfully pitching concepts to internal and external stakeholders. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain strict attention to detail. - A truly creative brain that doesn't just execute briefs but actively elevates them, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to every project. - The ability to embrace constructive feedback, iterate rapidly, and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. - A keen understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, and how to tailor content to feel authentic and impactful across diverse platforms. - Tertiary qualifications in Arts, Advertising, Communications Design, or Creative Writing, or graduation from an industry program such as AWARD School, are highly desirable. - A demonstrated professional interest in the entertainment, media, and sports broadcasting sectors.
